The reception is very unprofessional and rude. I call for for two days and every time I call the lawyers frankel was busy.. so finally when I call she finally ask to take my name and number and told me she’ll call me when he is available! When I didn’t heard nothing back from her in 3 hour I call back my self and she told me that she did call me back but I didn’t answer and it went to my voicemail. But I told her I didn’t receive no miss call or voicemail then she started to catch her attitude and rise her voice at me so I did the same and I told her Why didn’t she leave me a voicemail that was professional thing to do!!! So I told her I didn’t want to speake to her anymore I wanted to speak with the lawyer she told me no he busy that she can take all my questions or I can pay $150 to come in for an appointment and ask him whatever I needed to ask him And that when I went off on her
