If you are ever in a car accident please hire anyone else, this man and his whole establishment are the most rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent, selfish, and unprofessional group I have ever come across. Throughout my case I had to constantly contact them for statuses and updates. Only to find out I was never in contact with my lawyer to begin with, but his paralegal and I found out after my case was over and settled. I only went to this specific law firm because my mother was referred by a friend. But if I had the option to go back, I would settle for a public attorney. This man himself Paul Schrier is very rude, not only was he speaking to me in a condescending tone he hung up on my face during a phone call. Then when I was not pleased with the amount my case settled for and asked my lawyer Paul Schrier himself to negotiate another amount his answer was no. He said and I quote “I’m not going to do any favors for you I don’t have to” can you imagine a lawyer saying that to his client who is in distress with pain and trauma after a car accident. Mind you, he only got in contact with me after my case because I refused to sign off on the settlement. Moral of the story, find a lawyer who genuinely cares about you as a client and not a pay stub.
