CLI Innovation Incubator Program
The CLI Innovation Incubator Program provides an opportunity for applicants to conceive, develop and launch an innovation project in their law firm, legal department, Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP), or community legal centre with the online support of Specialist Coaches in 8 group coaching circle sessions with participant Project Leaders over 9 months from August 2021 to April 2022.
It's great to give back to the legal community that welcomed me when I moved to AU 5 years ago and continues to be an immense source of support, stimulation, and friendship.
The Centre for Legal Innovation and Terri Mottershead have gone and done it again, with a cracker of an innovation incubator programme for 2021-2022 and I'm looking forward to contributing as a specialist coach.
There's lots to like here. For me, two things stand out: 1) the programme covers all types of topics, from client-centred design and value to digital and workforce innovation and 2) I get to work with Jan Christie as my fellow coach for the 'Legal Workforce 2025' stream.
The deadline for applications is 5 pm AEST on Monday 5 July.
